The Cyprus Institute Graduate School is pleased to announce its Summer Internship program for Summer 2018. Through this program, The Cyprus Institute Graduate School aims to expose young talented students and scholars to an international research experience and to encourage and inspire them in the pursuit of a scientific career. Interns will have a unique opportunity to carry out research in CyI’s state-of-the-art facilities supervised by a mentor and to be introduced to the use of the latest methods and techniques.

Students may select from the list of projects we have posted in the table below, or they may propose their own project, provided we have the supervisory capacity and facilities to accomodate it.

In addition to the many research oriented projects listed in the table below, there are also administraive focused options in Higher Education Administration for students interested in the day to day operation of the Gradaute School or other administrative units of the Institute (also listed within the table below).

Applications are welcome from candidates worldwide with a keen interest and a relevant scientific background.

During the application process, students will have the option to select up to three projects (in order of preference) from the table below or suggest a project of interest (which may be accommodated, provided that CyI has the capacity in terms of supervision and facilities). Students who are accepted to the program will be assigned to one project.

All applicants will be asked to justify their selection in a 300-word statement on the online application form.
